Daycare

So, my 8.5 month old started daycare on Aug 5th. Before that, she came to work with me. I am not happy with it and my husband thinks I just have high expectations. Ever since she started there, her milk intake has dropped significantly. When she would go to work with me she would take 4-5 bottles. Now its 1 full bottle an a couple ounces here and there(while at daycare). Sometimes they write refused. I spoke with the director after she came home for the 3rd time with only having 1 bottle all day. She said they would offer it more, but I don't see any change.

Do you think it would be the same at another daycare? I think they have too many kids. They had 9 kids and 2 teachers ,but now they just added another. So 10 kids total.
