Apple cider vinegar... HELP 🍎
Ladies who consume this.... 1. Does it have to be that Bragg brand of Apple Cider Vinegar or can it be any kind? I bought a bottle of organic apple cider vinegar but it’s not the one I see a lot of. And 2. I drink this before bed and I pee like 3 times within half an hour. Is that normal?
Can anyone give me insight?
