Girl at work

So there’s this girl at work and I really am digging her, but the thing is we have nothing in common at all, she’s bay shit crazy, and she’s currently in a telarionshop with a girl she apparently hates so much, what should I do? Be the friend while they try and work things out? Or should I be Mr. steal yo girl? 😂
