Cramps @ 6 weeks pregnant

So I know that cramps are normal in early pregnancy but I just need my mind at ease. Does anyone get these cramps multiple times a day? Like almost every time I stand up I get this horrible cramp (on either side) and it last for I’d say a minute or less. But it makes me stop what I’m doing and nauseous. And sometimes if I switch positions when sleeping the cramps wake me. I’m just nervous, this is my first pregnancy and I don’t know what to expect. Definitely didn’t expect to be cramping as bad as I did when I was on my periods though. Haven’t had any blood or anything other than I had implantation bleed a week before I found out I was pregnant (4 weeks)
