Twitching in Ovaries?

I’ve never experienced this so it kind of took me by surprise lol, but is it possible for your ovaries to twitch? I felt like a flutter by my left ovary. Am I okay? Could it be ovulation? It just felt strange 🤷🏻‍♀️

Totally normal. Could have been a muscle spasm

Dude, I felt this and I was pregnant! 
Not even far enough to feel kicks and movements but I felt flutters and occasional bubble popping feeling
