I’m tired

Ok so it’s a new school year and throughout the summer I only had a few anxiety attacks because I really haven’t done anything, but throughout the previous year it was really hard to get through it. And I don’t really know how I’m going to get through this next year. I have been up at night doing not and my mind is racing and it can’t focus. And I’m not tired even though I have be working out and doing things I just can’t seem to fall asleep. In the past I have also had problems falling asleep and only getting 2 hours of sleep and I just want to change that.

So any ideas out there. :)
