When should I do maternity photos

I feel like 35-40 is cutting it too close! I had my first maternity pictures scheduled at 34 weeks, I delivered the day before my pictures 🙈😂

We just did them at 29 weeks. My photographer recommends 29-35 weeks. I think it was perfect because we did a lot of walking and changing clothes and that may get more difficult the more pregnant i get lol

I’m doing mine Saturday. I’ll be about 29 weeks. I’m showing enough that you can tell I’m pregnant but I’m also not huge. At first I didn’t like that my photographer was only able to do them so early but now I’m thankful. I don’t have a swollen face or ankles, I haven’t gained a lot of weight yet, and I feel cute still. I wouldn’t wait too long or you’re gonna be tired and feel pudgy or even huge. If you’re showing and have a nice cute round bump already, go for it!

I did mine at 24 weeks, I wasn't too big or too little. I wanted to do mine when I was comfortable.

I want to do them before the bloat kicks in at the end but I’m not showing a ton now. Will probably not get them until 32-34 weeks so it actually looks like I’m pregnant in them.

My photographer recommends between 30-35 weeks. I've scheduled mine for 35 weeks because it took me a really long time to show and I want to have a good sized bump. If you do them too late you may start to feel super uncomfortable, but it would still be possible. I personally was afraid to wait too long in case I go into labor early.

I’ve heard 30-34 is best for comfort but whenever you feel like it!!!
