1 year Anniversary

So my one year anniversary is coming up September 29th I have NO IDEA what to do for him. Lol his birthday is the 27th so I'm going to take him out to eat I just dont know what to get him at all or what to do. Help me please. He is a mechanic and already has so many tools and I don't know what he needs.
