Is being a step mom hard for anyone else? Its just gotten to the point where I give up and want to cry daily..

Whats hard for me is finding out that she says and makes up mean things about me to jer mom. I love my stepbdaughter and I get happy when its our turn to have her but it does get a little hard when you dont know if she sees the good and love I have for her.

It really is the most overlooked thankless job sometimes. It’s super hard and takes a toll on me but I love this little girl and her dad so much so it’s always worth it, ya know?

It’s very hard. My step daughter has major problems with her mother which ultimately causes problems between her and I because she doesn’t like female authority. It was her and my husband for so long she completely overlooks my existence. I think it’s completely normal sometimes to feel this way
