Need advice, preeclampsia and baby’s not growing

I’ve been diagnosed with preeclampsia, I’m also anaemic and have slightly ‘deranged’ kidney function.

I’m 33+4 today, and have just been told about everything above in the past 2 weeks. I’m on countless amounts of medication to control everything and in and out of hospital basically everyday.

I had a growth scan today, the previous ones showed baby measuring small but now they’ve said in the past two weeks she hasn’t grown at all and really, her stomachs shrunk slightly.

I’ve been admitted(again) and told I won’t be leaving till baby is here, they think she’ll be about 2lbs ish. However her movements and heart rate in general are really good.

The doctors are being quite vague about everything, they gave me steroids about a week ago because my blood pressure was out of control and they thought they’d have to deliver but luckily they sorted it.

I guess what I’m asking is, how long will they drag this on for? I was happy to suffer for weeks if my baby was doing okay but obviously if she isn’t growing she’s better out then in? Surely they’ll take her in the next few days with all things considered ? I feel like I failure of a mom and she’s not even here yet ☹️ I just want her to be safe and I know she’s safer out.
