Needing support
About a month ago I got really sick with pneumonia and it caused me to miscarry my twins at 12 weeks. Everyday is getting harder and harder and I’ve started questioning why I didn’t pass away with them. I’ve been having thought of ending my life and I’m running out of coping methods. My husband is genuinely trying to help but it only seems to make things worse.
