Confused...pls read

So at 12dpo I got a faint but visible faint line👇

Then I started light bleeding that evening and the bleeding lasted 2 days. I thought it was false positives like I had two other months (confirmed by dr) I had Really bad lower back pain and still do, and a bit a leaking from my breats(my milk dried up over a year ago) I tested everyday from 6-12 dpo and 12 was the only day I had a visible line. So today I’m either 15dpo or cd4..,. I decided to take a one of the sure predict tests I had left. Is it me or is a faint line there? Or just an indent? So confused. Did I implant late at 12dpo and that’s why I was bleeding ? Haven’t gone to my ob this cycle to get checked since my husbands borrowing my car and doesn’t get home till after office hours.

Ps the strip wasn’t fmu it was about an hour later.

Update: Took another test after a 3 hour hold
