do you think my pills are ineffective?

so I just got back to college and we have no A/C in our dorms right now. luckily, the weather has not been too extreme (highest it’s been is 80-82 degrees) and I keep two fans on in my dorm at all times to keep the room as cool as I can. I leave my pills on my desk out of direct sunlight. it has been humid some days and i keep worrying that can lower the effectiveness of my pill. I know it says to store it from like 60 something - 77 degrees. they don’t look any different and I can still see the numbers on them. do you think they’re okay?
