Bleeding after first time fingering

So I got fingered for the first time. I woke up the next morning to what seemed like my period. I’m not supposed to get it for another 3 days so I thought maybe it was from getting my hymen torn or stretched but it’s a lot of blood as if I just got my period...? And I have cramps?? Can fingering really induce your period or is this just from being stretched out for the first time?
