Fenugreek for breastmilk, did it work for you?

I just bought some at walmart and took my first one yesterday. Im having some serious problems with getting my supply up because I haven't been able to wake up at night to pump and I have a preemie in the NICU so I desperately need to get my supply up for him ASAP. 
Has anyone had any good results from taking Fenugreek Supplement?

I've heard of it actually drying some mom's up.
I did No Bake Lactation Bites, look them up on Pinterest. The oats, flaxseed, and Brewers yeast are the magic there.

Eating things doesn’t really have any effect on supply. To increase your supply all you have to do is feed (or pump) more. So long as you’re feeding on demand, it’s highly unlikely you’ll have a supply issue although it may feel that way and I understand how it can be a worry. If you’re concerned see a lactation consultant so they can do a pre and post feed weigh :) x
