What temp do you keep your house at night?

And what does your LO wear to bed?
She’s having issues staying asleep longer than an hour at night so I’m wondering if my house is maybe too warm. We keep it at 73/72 and she wears just her swaddle blanket and a diaper.

We have our room at about 75 and he wears footie and a swaddle. Maybe yours is cold? I've always heard rule of thumb is babies need one more layer than is comfortable to us.

He wears a short sleeve onesie and a halo swaddle. We keep it 72/73. He runs superrrr warm

About 64-62. Our son wears footies or a gown with his swaddle. He doesn’t mind it 😂

We live in FL so we only keep it at 74 at night (any colder and I freeze); she wears a sleep sack over her onesie and sleeps for 6-7 hr stretches

Our 7 week old little guy didn’t sleep well in a traditional swaddle. We switched him into the Love to Dream Swaddle Up and he sleeps 4 hour stretches now. It lets his hands be up by his face so he can self soothe. Our house is at 71. We put him in a diaper, short sleeve onesie and socks under the Swaddle Up.

75 and she wears sleeper pj and swaddle pod. She’s always cold. She sleeps 6 hour stretches. If she’s cold she cries and won’t settle.

Our house is set to 69 but our roomvaries from 68-72. She sleeps in a light weight cotton long sleeve footed pajama onesie.
