Help, is her heart rate dangerous???

I am 37+2 today, for some reason I had a feeling to check her heart rate with a baby monitor that I have and her heart rate keeps jumping it can go down to 140 and lower to 170 in seconds and it keeps going up and down, is it normal?? Please comment if you definitely know the answer!

I’m almost 29 weeks and my babies heartrate goes from 130”s upto 175 bpm when active... dr said it’s totally normal to get that high just as long as it comes right back down in a couple min. But my dr said they want to see it go up n down

Yes. I was told that happens and it’s normal. It goes when during period of movements and stuff. So it’s common.

Is it the number on the doppler or are you counting. Doppler’s are not accurate. Count her beats for 20 seconds and multiply times 3

It could just be that it spikes when she's moving, but I would call your OB. I wouldn't feel comfortable saying it's normal.
