My boyfriend said I taste bad and now I don’t want oral. Am I overreacting

My boyfriend just told me that sometimes I taste not that good and it’s part of the reason he only eats me out as foreplay. Now I don’t want him to ever eat me out again because 1. I know now that sometimes it tastes bad and 2. Knowing that won’t turn me on or allow me to enjoy it and 3. I don’t want him eating me if I don’t taste good. Now he has said that he wants to continue to eat me but I just can’t. How would you react in this situation?

Edit: I do wash myself before we hang out every time so it’s not because I’m not clean. My question is whether I’m overreacting
