Went to the doctor... Urine test was negative, no surprise to me. The nurse said it could be because I was really early or really far along.

The Nurse Practitioner was pretty awful... I'd never seen her before, but basically she yelled at me me for having diabetes (which is well controlled), my blood pressure being high (I was/am sooo anxious about this, so not a surprise there), being 43 and not on birth control.

Then she said I needed an implant or IUD if I wasn't pregnant (both of which I'm allergic to anyway, which is on my chart that she obviously didn't read). In any case, these things have been discussed and informed choices made with the actual doctors.

I didn't get to respond to her or ask any questions. I spent less than 2 minutes with her. She barely took a breath...and when she was done saying all this, she marched me to the lab and then literally stormed off.

So on top of being a freaking wreck and probably waiting to miscarry, I'm also garbage.

They didn't even tell me when to expect the results.
