Can holding in a fart cause constipation?
I know this probably sounds stupid, but I have noticed that any time I have to hold in a fart, the very next time I go to poop, I'm extremely constipated. That's the only thing that changes. I'll be going just fine for a while, then after I hold one in, I have problems.
