Confused
This is my first month temping. I got a positive opk on Cd 19 which means I technically should have ovulated on about Cd 20 (which is also what day glow thinks I ovulated) But looking at my temps I don’t think it happened until cd 22. However I’m not used to temping and have no previous charts to compare it to. So do I trust the opk or did I not ovulate until the 22nd? All opinions and advice welcome.
