I need some help. I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant. I had some bad cramping on Wednesday and was sent to the er to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. I saw my doctor today and had an ultrasound done. My gestational sac is measuring at 7 weeks but there’s no heartbeat. My doctor said that dates could be off or I’m in the early stages of a miscarriage. Has anyone had experience with this. This is my 4th pregnancy and I only have 1 child so really nervous here.
