Super gassy baby

Any tips for how to help a super gassy baby? Baby is not quite 3 weeks old and about an hour after he eats he gets super fussy because he has gas. I’ve tried moving his legs but that doesn’t help. He also spits up a lot. I feel like I have no idea what to do to help him.
