Ladies, I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant. My doctor says if my water breaks with or without contractions to go to the hospital within 2 hrs. But I’ve been reading and my birthing instructor says that I can go home and wait for labor to start and go to hospital between 12-24hrs while labor starts. I’m worried if I follow my doctor, the hospital may try to induce labor and give me pitocin citing chances of infection and not give my body the chance to kick start labor naturally. What have been your experience in the matter and the best course of action? I’m kind of lost. Thanks
