opinions on the new nhs “guide” to weaning??

i think its ridiculous hoe people are getting, my health visitor was like “she will get ibs if you wean a day earlier than 6 months!!” and all this crap but in reality, all drs will say to just do NOT wean before 17 weeks.... (4 months)

the nhs GUIDE is taken so litterally. it says “around” 6 months. and that a baby should be weaned between 4-7 months..

so NO you do not have to wit until 6 months, thats the rough average. and if that was the case then how comes were all fine although modt of us were weaned earlier and how comes most food packaging says 4-6 months??

“baby led weaning” which says to put them straight onto solids at 6 months. to me thats a choking hazard id much rather do things slowly

mum knows best for there own baby!
