Anyone else’s ribs hurt? 😫

I’m 29 weeks and baby girl STAYS in my ribs. They’re always sore but today my left one is hurting way worse than it has been.. I’m only 5’1 so I’m sure my short torso plays a roll in it, plus her digging her feet in. 😣 Anyone else having this issue? How do you ease the pain?

I’m 5’3 with a short torso too so they’ve been hurting for awhile now. I get some relief from an epsom salt bath or trying to stretch a little. Also make sure your bra isn’t too tight cause that made mine so much worse.

Omg, my baby boy was on my ribs yesterday and it was so painful.

Yes! Laying down with my arms above my head helps. I find it the worst when I have been sitting at work for long hours
