I woke up at 3 am feeling like there is an alien inside me pulling and twisting all of my organs.. these cramps are going to be the death of me! It feels like a watermelon is trying to come out of my butt lol! This is the worst period ever and I am have the worst rectal stabbing and lower pelvic cramps.. what will help I am desperate! I cried all night until i had to go to work (my poor man woke up in the middle of the night to deal with me and get me heating pads and water and held me while i cried.. he’s the best) but then I left work early because the pain is so unbearable.

Update: went to the hospital and they ran a bunch of test and got an ultrasound done everything came back negative and the ultrasound was clear! They said it’s just severe menstrual cramps and to follow up with a gynecologist. Honestly think i was in more pain leaving the hospital after all the tests they ran! They gave me a shot of some “super” ibuprofen(because i forgot what it’s actually called) but it helped me sleep! Thank god! And this weekend i will just be resting with my heating pad and netflix! Thank you guys💕
