Anyone take Buspar anxiety med while pregnant? Did it help?
I have serious social/general anxiety and I’m 6 weeks pregnant. My OB put me on Buspar for anxiety and I started it today. Please let me know your experience! Or any other tips and tricks! I need to get my anxiety in check. This was a surprise pregnancy 3 months before my wedding! I’m an anxious wreck, even more than normal! Haha
