I have a prescription but I don’t take it but I really should start to again

I was for about 2 years for anxiety and panic disorders.
I felt completely numb and like a zombie for 2 years. Feeling nothing was so much worse than the anxiety.
I also gained 25 pounds.
Stopped taking them 3 years ago and have never felt better.

I take pills for anxiety and OCD. It works great for me.

I take an antidepressant since april. My brother tragically passed away out of the 5 siblings I took the hit of parent caring and coping and I fell into such a deep fast depression. Worked great for me now, stopping soon though.

I have PTSD because of motorcycle accident I was in 6 years ago , doctors put me on multiple pills but it made me go crazy I even tried killing myself SMH I don’t like them , I hate them. The best antidepressants for me Is to be left alone/no noise/no lights. Worked great for past years.
