Am I paranoid pregnant lady? This is my second pregnancy and we had anatomy scan yesterday, pretty late (22weeks). So I’ve been in a few ultrasounds over the years, the techs always seem confident in what they were doing and this lady as we were chatting seemed to imply she had been doing ultrasounds as career for a long time. So in the middle of the session she was like “excuse me I need to check my computer for the checklist of shots I need...” and then she was at the computer behind the screen for a good five minutes typing away. This made me kind of nervous? I’ve never seen a tech do that mid-session. At the end she said something like “as far as we can tell with our technology your baby looks healthy and growing normally.” That made me feel better at the time, but I know the hospital was going to skeleton crew for a long holiday weekend today through Monday. All day I was thinking.. if a doctor is gonna call me it might not be till Tuesday! Am I paranoid? Maybe she was just trying to log my photos quick and get out of there early before the 4 day weekend? 🤷‍♀️
