Baby hasn't had a bowel movement in 5 days

He seems so uncomfortable. Always kicking. I give gas drops, gripe water and D12. nothing seems to help. He stopped having bowel movements everyday at 6 weeks. Had them every 3 days from then, now it is 5 days and counting. He pees so much and diapers are always full.

We had our 2months immunization and was given rectal paracetamol for his fever. Last time I pushed it inside his rectum, he seemed do uncomfortable so I thought maybe he is almost having a poo. But nothing yet. Sometimes he will cry, but most times he just twists and grumbles and pushes a little. Could it be he is constipated? But why would he be when he pees just enough. I exclusively breast feed and he is 9 weeks. Have heard it is normal for them to go for days without a bowel movement but is the pain also normal?
