Came home to my son looking like this....

I’m absolutely livid. My sons face is covered in vomit and he had a BLANKET OVER HIS HEAD! I thought I could trust her as she has children herself but obviously not. I don’t even know how to handle this situation. I left him with her to go to work and came home to this. Even if he did it in his sleep this proves to me she didn’t check up on him😭
