Does anyone smoke during their pregnancy? I feel bad and I’ve tried to stop but I just can’t for reasons that I don’t want to discuss I’m just so worried and feel guilty 😔

Every time you want to light up to smoke, google search what smoking can do to your poor baby!! This helped me when I quit cold turkey after getting that BFP! 
Here’s a few: preterm birth, low birth weight, cleft lip&palate, stillbirth, SIDS, addiction when they are born, knowing if something happens to your baby it is only your fault! I’m serious, every single time you want to smoke google these things! It cured my cravings real quick!

I'm 23 weeks and just stopped smoking a week ago. I've been trying to quit since I first got pregnant but everytime I would just tell myself "just one more", or "I'll buy a pack and just throw half of it away" and I felt guilty everytime,  but at 22 weeks something in my mind just said I have to stop this, I have cravings like crazy but I'm just fighting it, which is what I should have done from the beginning. But that's just me personally.
I have also known people that have smoked their entire pregnancies and have been fine!

No. I'm pregnant with my third baby and I quit smoking the day I found out I was pregnant with our first. I remember having friends and family tell me they smoked and their kids are fine but that's not true. My MIL smoked a pack a day the entire pregnancy for my husband, then smoked in the house his entire childhood. He is 40 now and coughs up mucus, gets phemonia, can't handle smelling perfume, candles, anything scented will bother him. Ive stuck it out 14 years with him and these issues and its from his mother's smoking. His mother refuses to take responsibility for this of course. It's hard to quit but with each cigarette, your exposing your baby to hundreds of toxic chemicals. When I quit I bought a huge bag of  tootsie pops and sucked on one everytime I wanted to smoke. Once I got through the first 3 days I was better and couldn't stand the smell of a cigarette, it would give me a headache. If you can get through the first 3 days, it gets easier. Your baby's health depends on you, be strong.

People are gonna tell you stories about so and so smoked and their kids are fine. The truth is you smoking puts the baby you have depending on you right now in some danger of low birth weight, spontaneous birth, can lead to developmental or life long learning issues. Everybody has to change some habits while pregnant so don’t feel bad if you are struggling. It’s a lesson we all have to learn at one time or another. Hang in there mama! I believe in you and that you can make any changes you want to see!

I personally don't smoke but I know people who have and kids are great all 8 of them . I know everybody is different and have different risk  but if you've been going to appointments and scans and doctors see nothing wrong just ease your guilt. NO I am not condoning to keep smoking but im also not judging you it's your decision

Your not alone, im 25 weeks and still having major issues with this. Ive cut down drastically but still its hard trust me i know. Just everyday dont give up. Keep trying
