Tummy bug..?

Question

Suddenly came over feeling horrificly sick and a very very tight sore tummy.. Tried to have a 💩 but didn't happen..now lying in bed feeling just as sick with poor tummy 😥 should I be worried..? I've not eaten anything dodgy so not sure.. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm 26 +4

There is a tummy bug going around! I’m teacher and a few students have had it.

This happens to me everytime I eat something that doesnt agree with my stomach. Usually I'll go to the bathroom and it passes but it's gotten pretty painful at times. 
Try a stool softener, thats what my doctor told me to do

Sometimes in pregnancy your body can just react differently to food. Just take it easy for the day and drink a lot of water to see if you can use the bathroom.
