Feeling hurt

Finding out a family member is pregnant while she currently has 2 babies. She smoked during both of her pregnancies. And me who will take care of my body and developing baby can’t even get a positive. In these times I want to give up. My ovulation is approaching I just want to think positively and realistically. This hurts more than I could have ever imagined.
