Looks like a travel formula container,  like pre measured for convenience 🤷‍♀️

It's to hold powdered milk in for going out. So if baby is on 5oz.. you put 5 scoops in each container.. fill the bottles with just boiled water and then as and when needed a bottle just add the milk in x
