Anyone else have their husband look at you like you’re crazy? Lol mine is worried that I’m worrying too much. I’ve one panic attack about a month after she was born. Woke up in the middle of the night crying and tight chest. Recently ive been working through emotions... financially, trying to be a good mom and wife, and just making sure things are on track. He is very supportive. But I’ve started practicing with breathing through things and not letting my mind run away with itself... but he’s still worried that that “isn’t normal” anyone else going through that at all?
