I'm catching a cold. What are my OTC medication options? I can't ask my doctor until Tuesday because of the holiday.

I have insane allergies right now! Itchy eyes, non stop sneezing and congested. I took some Claritin last night, it’s deemed safe for pregnancies. I thought I had a cold too but figured I’d take Claritin first since it’s allergy season and it helped a ton
