Anyone else have horrible back pain?

Im not even that far along and have such horrible back pain all the time. I’m almost 18 weeks and my middle and lower back ache constantly. This is my second pregnancy also. Has anyone else found anything that has helped?

I finally caved and got a high density foam roller that helps a lot. Warm bath with Epsom salts...and I use a microwave bean bag almost every day. No fun at all :(

Yes! Just taking it easy and recognizing when I’m close to over doing it has helped.  Also sleeping with a pillow between my legs at night.

I'm only 16 weeks and I have been suffering with back pain. I have been having warm baths, sleeping with a pregnancy pillow and using the stick on heat pads.

Anyone else have horrible back pain?
