Anyone else’s tailbone killing?

My tailbone started killing just a day or so ago and pain is increasing.  I didn’t have this with my first two kiddos. Anyone else... I’m 33 weeks

Cat/cow poses really help when I feel tightness in my tailbone. It’s also good to pay attention to your posture and keep a neutral back. Too much arching puts more pressure on the tailbone which causes the pain.

Mines been like that since I was about 20 weeks! It’s painful and annoying and seems to have gotten worse recently . From what I’ve been told it’s normal I just never mentioned it to the doctor because I wasn’t too concerned.

I had this around 20 weeks and it was so painful. My chiropractor has helped a lot. He said it's because the bottom of your uterus is held in place by a piece near your tailbone and the growing uterus and pressure from baby puts pressure on it and the ligaments around. (Or something to that effect!) I've found that the cat and cow poses and yoga in general helps!
