Can a 10 month old baby go in a hot tub?🤷🏼‍♀️

Not me. My sister takes my 10 month old niece in their hot tub. It sits at around 40 degrees, me and my mum have both said no it’s not okay for her to be in water of that temperature at all, and babies shouldn’t go in hot tubs anyway. She basically told us to mind our own business. Just proving a point🤦🏼‍♀️

Its not okay at all. Their little bodies cant handle it. When we went to a water park, there was this dad and mom, holding their like...maybe 6 month old baby in this hot tub, and you could visibly tell this child was in distress and uncomfortable. She was super red in her face, sweaty, and they just let her soak in that water. Crazy to me that parents will take their kids to an E.R for a 100+ degree fever, but put their child in a hot tub that spikes their temp well over that and think their little body can sustain such temperatures. Stupid ass parents who dont deserve to be.

This can actually fall under the category of child endangerment.  Many people say to mind your own child and in most cases i agree but if a parent is making choices that put a child in danger repeatedly, that parent needs to be reported. Someone needs to advocate for the child.  I don't know what the age rules are for hot tubs but babies do not regulate their body temps well. 
I would warn her that you will call CPS if she keeps putting your niece in harm's way. 
Ive done it to a sibling before. Yes. My brother was mad when i said it but his anger at me doesn't not negate what is actually right for the child.

I would only take my kids into the hot tub once I dropped the temp to 90-95° F my MIL has a hot tub. If I can't change the temp them I won't take them in. And even at 90-95°F we'd only be in for a few minutes then sit on the side then get back in for a few minutes before getting out entirely.

At that temperature,  no.... if she can adjust it, that shouldn't be a problem.

Not at that temperature, that’s way too hot! My in laws have a hot tub and we took our son in it when he was 6 months old, they dropped the temperature and made sure it was under 100F, his baths are around 100F so I wasn’t worried at all. He loved it, and he was completely fine.
