27 +3 weeks and this evening I’ve had stomach pains that started off feeling like period pains low down in my stomach. However now they are covering my whole stomach and hurt more to move etc. I also have horrible back ache and every so often my stomach hardens, more so on the right side.

What could these be? And what could I do?

I have taken paracetamol and used a hot water bottle but nothing has helped!!
