My 1yr old refuses to drink any kind of milk. No cow's milk, almond, soy, nothing. She was breastfed and is fully weaned now. Her doctor said it's ok as long as she's getting enough dairy and good fats from her food. I need some suggestions for some easy foods full of good fats. Note: she won't eat avocados or peanut butter. I'm stressing out trying to make sure she's getting enough for her brain development.
