Dull aches in my pelvic region!
So I got a positive OPK yesterday, and almost all day today iv felt like a very strong yet dull ache between my hips it doesn’t hurt but it’s definitely there. Almost feels like period pressure or something. I know it can’t be my period since it’s my first positive but can ovulation hurt the whole area? Never had this before!
