I feel like I’m pregnant, but my tests say negative! My symptoms are Lower back pain that’s uncomfortable, no period, bloating, spotting on and off, craving for sugar, and some other food, and anxiety. I’m not showing, it’s been about 3 months... still not showing... but- my stomach is a little hard(I’m slightly overweight, but not too heavy set), and I’m very tired! Does this look like cervical mucus/ pregnancy ?
