Okay so I’m 99% sure of what I’m having is contractions. I’m getting them thru my lower back to my abdomen and they feel like really really heavy cramps but coming in waves, starting out light getting heavy and then ending light. My app told me 2 times to go to the hospital but I’m really just not sure if it’s false labor because i did have sex to try and make her come faster. Last Wednesday i was 2cm dilated if that helps and im 39 weeks on the 2nd of September.
