Okay ladies; please help me out.

About 3 weeks ago I got 2 vfl positives, then a few days later I got negatives. I have had every possible pregnancy symptoms then and still continue. I got my "period" it was heavy but only when I pee'd. The only reason I changed tampons was because I was scared it would leak through. The last 3 days I would spot but again only when I pee'd. My periods have never been like that. Still till this day, I have all the symptons. TIRED ALL THE DAMN TIME. Nauseous, constipation, cravings, peeing all the time and sometimes it's like neon greeny yellow, & sensitive AF. I went to the doctors, pregnancy test and uti came back negative. I did blood work for who knows what but still waiting on it. I've tested my thyroids, those came back normal too.

Please if someone has experienced this before, what was your outcome?!
