Crying baby

My baby will be 1 month old next week and I feel like she only cries when I hold her and seems more fussy with me than with anybody else, it breaks my heart I feel like a horrible mom 😢 I had a c-section and I didn’t get to do skin to skin when she was born and I feel like that has something to do with it idk 😭 I’m a first time mom so I don’t know how to deal with this
