My booty is gone):
Sooo I’ve always always always struggled with being overweight BUT 7/10 times I was happy with my appearance. The only times I ever felt down or insecure were when my family would bring it up, you know? Like if I wanted dessert they’d make a comment or if I ate too much or wanted anything sweet they’d say “too much sugar is bad for you” and all sorts of BS.
In the past few months I’ve lost weight- without even meaning to! I lost about Maybe 20/25 pounds? I’m still overweight according to the chart at the doctors office but I’m no longer obese or in danger of it. I was 180 now I’m about 160 or 155.
Ever since I lost the weight, I gained a lot of confidence, since Ive always been the big girl. My family stopped making comments about what i ate or if I wanted dessert (i swearrrr people only have a problem with how much sugar u intake if you’re fat or considered fat) but recently I’ve noticed that with the weightloss I’ve lost a lot of my “thick” figure.
Yes I’m a bit more “curvy” or I guess my figure is more well defined? like I don’t have as many love handles (or lonjas like we say in Spanish ha) but my legs and butt have “left the station”.
I love my body ofc I do! But I want to get my booty and fuller legs back. I was wondering what sort of dietary changes I should make to gain back some weight in a healthy manner. Gain muscle not fat.
And also what sorts of work outs to gain muscle in my thighs and booty.
