OCD help needed

Can anyone recommend any methods to help control severe ocd that don’t include medication.

The intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors are making my life miserable. I’ve been through years and years of therapy and tried countless medications.

I got fed up and switched to a healthy diet and exercise. I saw four years of success without so much as one intrusive thought. Unfortunately I am no longer able to keep up with the exercise and life events have set me back eons. The regression has been terribly demotivating and I could use some advice on new coping techniques. I don’t expect to be symptom free I just need a little relief.
